Exhaust Deflector FixOne of the best things about the Traxxas Revo is the lack of cleanup that's necessary thanks to the rear exhaust. However, if you've run your Revo much you've found out the exhaust deflector likes to slide off fairly easily. Fortunately, there's a simple fix that requires nothing more than a few minutes of your time. What you want to do is to flare the exhaust stinger's tip out a little. This will create a raised edge which doesn't allow a couple of tightened zip ties to slide off. The procedure is simple, but does require that you are careful when performing it. You can easily break the stinger off of the pipe, which would force you to purchase another. The best way to do this is to hold the stinger securely with channel locks. Then, using the end of a screwdriver, pry the end of the stinger back in a few spots. Prying back three or four spots will work perfectly as shown below.
