Metal Gear Servos

Recommended Servos

The following metal-geared servos start around $25.00-$30.00, and will give you much better results and durability than a cheap plastic servo.

Metal-Geared Servos

As mentioned in the notes above the Cirrus CS-80 was designed for 1/8 scale buggies. Therefore it is slightly larger than the rest of the servos on this list. I am of the understanding that it still fits in the LST fine, but I can't speak from first hand experience on this. Below is a picture that demonstrates the size difference between the Cirrus CS-60, a standard 1/10 servo, and the CS-80.

A big thanks to arceeguy, beamer, Big_Shanaenae, FritoLay27, razer, and RCGod311 for their contributions to this servo list.
