Full Suspension Set

Aerosticks Suspension Links

Installation

Installing an Aerosticks suspension link only takes a few minutes. The walkthrough below will provide you some information regarding the overall installation, and how simple it is. I apologize for the dirty Maxx used for a walkthrough. However things have been hectic and cleaning time has been very difficult to come by.

The first thing you'll need to do is to remove the factory turnbuckle link. At each end is a machine screw. Some screws may also have a nylon-locknut installed on them. If you plan on reusing the stock links, you can leave one attached to the Maxx, and simply unscrew the factory suspension link as shown.

Then simply screw the Aerosticks into the rod ends. Remember, one end has left-hand threads so it will screw on in reverse.

Then install the Aerostick back onto the truck.

That's all there is to it. All Aersosticks install in this same manner. If adjustment is necessary, you can simply turn the Aerostick with a 8mm wrench until you reach the desired setting.
