180 Stand

AJS Machine 180 Stand

Configuration

Installing the accessories on the AJS 180 Stand is a snap, as it's a very straightforward procedure. The basic stand looks like the following picture.

The stabilizer feet package consists of two feet, and four screws. You simply use one foot and two screws on each end of the stand. You will need a 9/64 inch hex wrench to tighten the screws down.

The tool tray accessory consists of one double sided tray, four screws, and four locknuts. You simply bolt the tray to the underside of the stand using the supplied fasteners as shown below. Again, as with the stabilizer feet, you'll need a 9/64 inch hex wrench.

The AJS Machine 180 Stand does an excellent job of holding the truck steady while you work on it. Below are some pictures demonstrating the stand ability to hold a T-Maxx while it's being worked on. Notice how it can also hold the front and rear differential assemblies while awaiting the chassis plate installation. It takes a well-designed stand to accomplish that.
