Fullforce RC Dual Rate Maxx Springs

Testing and Final Thoughts

If you're looking for a good way to stiffen up your Maxxes suspension for jumping but still provide good handling, the Fullforce RC dual rate springs are a very attractive option. Many Maxx owners want stiffer springs for tackling those large jumps, but to get a high spring rate they have to give up low speed handling. The Fullforce dual rate springs are a solution to this dilemma, and provide you the best of both worlds.

Once I installed the Fullforce springs, I could immediately tell that the truck handled big air jumps with a little more finesse. It took more altitude to bottom out the truck, than when it was equipped with the stock springs. When running at lower speeds, and over smaller obstacles, the softer spring rate clearly shone through as well, which is something that's very important to me. I like a high spring rate for jumping, but I can't stand running springs so stiff they kill the low-speed handling of the truck.

The Fullforce springs are a great upgrade for the stock shocks, and will fit most aftermarket shocks as well. In addition to that they are offered in several colors which makes it easy to match them to the rest of your truck. You simply can't ask for a better looking spring, and the fact they're dual-rate springs makes them perform as well as they look.

If you are looking to improve the suspension's ability to handle those large jumps, but don't want to see your handling suffer, the Fullforce springs are a perfect candidate for your truck. With their dual rate design and awesome color combination, they give you a great set of springs for only $15.00.
