RD Logics Aluminum Wheels

Introduction

A set of aluminum wheels is one way to really make an RC truck look sharp, and the RD Logics wheels fall graciously into that category. These wheels look simply amazing installed on a T-Maxx. The machine work and finish is of excellent quality, and the design looks extremely good with any body you'd choose to run on your T-Maxx.

The wheels themselves are machined from forged 6061 T-6 aluminum, which makes for some strong wheels when the machining process is finished. However not only are the wheels strong, when you consider the aluminum used, they're fairly lightweight as well. At 4.3 oz each, they are heavier than the stock Traxxas plastic wheels which weigh in at 2 oz each. That's good for an aftermarket aluminum wheel.

One other nice touch to the wheels is the fact that they already come with a hole pre-drilled in them. This means that there is no need to air your tires, since that part of the job has already been handled by RD Logics. Considering the fact that drilling an aluminum rim would take a little more effort than drilling a plastic rim, it's nice that RD Logics took the time to perform that task so the customer wouldn't have to.
